Beautiful interior design, lovely views of the water. The location is good and there is a lot going on. Here for work so I didn't get a chance to see much of the city. Overall pleased with this Hilton

Beautiful hotel and excellent service. There are chargers for electric vehicles. I plan to use this facility for my future visits. The lobby is friendly, the restaurant has delicious food, the location has a great view of the city

The hotel is clean with very nice rooms. It is convenient to many restaurants and the waterfront. I travel to Norfolk every year for business and plan on staying here again. I would recommend the hotel for business or leisure travel

Great Hotel unless you want to use the pool!
The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and has great restaurants, appeal and location. Overall very much enjoyed the stay. However I tried to take my toddler to the INDOOR pool and it was SO COLD I couldn't even bare to get in for more than 30 seconds. I'm not sure if this was normal or a fixed issue (I reported it but never heard back if it was fixed and wasn't going to brave it again with a 20mo old) but I was told by other staff that it's "always cold this time of year." Seriously for an indoor pool and a very nice hotel this was a huge disappointment. Especially because my husband was busy at a conference and it would have been a great place to spend some time and energy of a toddler. I hope they will seriously consider paying for a little more heat in the pool. Never saw a soul in there...can't imagine why

The hotel was very convenient. Parking was on premise and reasonably priced. The municipal garage was next door and seven dollars less per day. Food was good and the multiple bars and restaurants were great. There are many great restaurants within walking distance
