Very nice hotel
Loved the hotel and its central location downtown. All staff was helpful, even had umbrella bags ready for us as we came in from the rain! Room was great, bathroom amazing, and Executive Lounge has great views and snacks

This new hotel is lovely, clean, the rooms are spacious and the gym is great. The staff was friendly and quick to help wiry any requests. It's also in a great area of downtown - and has a good selection of in-site restaurants, which meet a variety of dietary needs including vegan

Great location; clean attractive rooms; great service
This lovely property has a great location. It is at the waterfront and within easy walking distance of cruises, waterfront activities, theaters, shopping and museums. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby ambassador can assist with suggesting activities or giving directions. The restaurants in the hotel are outstanding. Rooms are spacious with a safe and plenty of mirrors. Perfect for business or pleasure

Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is right in the thick of the downtown. Close to river with great views from rooms. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Staff was always friendly. Food was good and enjoyed rooftop bar, The Grain, also with nice views on either side. My only negative is Norfolk in general doesn't recycle??

In the very center of Norfolk, a delightful, modern, wonderful stay
Traveled to Norfolk for a play, art museum visit, and a stay at Hilton Norfolk the Main. New, modern, caters very well to the tourist/visitor/business person. We parked in attached parking garage, left the car behind and covered a lot of ground on foot; many restaurants in the area, Selden Arcade adjacent as well as Slover Library. On-premises there are four restaurants - all offering distinctive cuisine and dining experience - and many more within blocks of hotel. View from room of Elizabeth River showed an active waterfront with commercial ships and pleasure boats of all kinds. Room was ultra-modern and comfortable; only negative to mention - absolutely no shelf or ledge space at all in shower. While one wonders why the room has an iron and ironing board, why not a shower ledge to hold soap, shampoos, etc
