The Original Circle of Friends™ is coming to Norfolk, VA during the 2019 MEAC basketball week, and we are bringing our renowned "Day Party with a Purpose" with us! Join us as we have a good time and raise money for a good cause - providing college scholarships for deserving students so that they may achieve their dreams!
