The Hotel Service was ...

The Hotel Service was great but the restaurants need help! The restaurant service was bad. Extremely long ticket times at Saltines when the restaurant was not busy. The Grind restaurant food was mediocre at best. Very disappointe

We are locals from ...

We are locals from the beachfront and visited the Wisky with relatives. Just stopped by to check it out and grab a beer at Grain. Bartender was purposely finishing off a draft pour by holding it several inches from the spout to add a 3/4 to 1 inch head. That's 3 ounces less beer. I am sure management is training g the staff to do that. It adds up to a lot of extra 13 ounce pints in a keg. Booooo

The hotel and decor ...

The hotel and decor is amazing. We went Saturday April 8th and went to The Grain. We sat outside and getting service was very tough. There wasn't enough servers for the crowds. I saw people getting up and leaving because of the wait. Managers were walking around and taking some orders, it was that busy. The fire pit wasn't working, I overheard a manager say it "took on too much water", so that was disappointing. So we went inside and sat near the bar. Once again it took a long time for a server to get our drink order. We ended up going to bar itself and ordering drinks because we never got our drinks from our server. The bar itself only had 2 bartenders (maybe 3) on opening night. And getting drinks took a long time from the bar as well. The atmosphere is great and I am giving The Grain the benefit of the doubt that they were busier than expected and will make adjustments. We will be back. 3 stars overall based on VERY slow service but 5 stars on ambience

Excellent staff, clean rooms ...

Excellent staff, clean rooms and free valet parking. The food was subpar and they ran out of silverware for our event but I guess it's because they are still new

Beautiful venue with spectacular ...

Beautiful venue with spectacular views. Unfortunately, the service was horrible. I ordered a drink 3 times from our server, waited over an hour and never received it. Ended up having to walk to the bar and wait another 15 min to be acknowledged. Took over an hour to get our bill from the server as well. Will go again in hopes it was just the one bad server
