Great location!

The rooms smell good, very clean. We are very particular about where we stay and the cleanliness. Kinda of confusion to get on here. No continental breakfast.

It all started 8/7 11-12am at checkout with the senior auditor (sorry for forgetting name) he was patient, pleasant and professional. He went out his way to ensure successful check in (thank you). The only critique I have is I hate tubs in hotels I need stand up shower. Okay done with that everything else is downhill. Management is doing one hell of a job and trust I am a hard critic not too many places I’ve been lately where there was great customer service. Everyone was pleasant. From the bartenders, hotel guests and hotel staff. Hell of a location. You do not need to leave the hotel but if you want everything you can think of is less than 15 minutes away. From restaurants, clubs bars etc. I am so mad I could not stay longer. I will most definitely be back

A very good example of the Hilton Chain. I ate in all of the main restaurants (3), and they were all excellent.

I attended a convention in this hotel but stayed at the Marriott half a block away. The convention facilities were fine, although the food was middling at best. I know it's difficult to feed 500 people at a sitting, but the food and the service was uninspiring. By the final dinner, the food and the service had improved somewhat. The breakfast buffet was pretty bad; the hot food was barely warm. I did get to see some of the rooms, and they seemed adequate. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the artwork in the public areas. Surprisingly, it's not generic hotel art but really interesting and compelling. Definitely worth a visit if you're downtown.
