I absolutely love this place.. The view of the water is beautiful..The location is a short distance away.. The entire building is very spacious.. The staff are amazing and so friendly... We definitely will be returning..

Lee greeted me at the front, where I was clearly confused about parking. He told me what to do and was super helpful taking 3 carts to my room and getting my car valet parked. Lee also helped me load up the car after the GLOW event. Wonderful brand ambassador for Hilton. The team at the front counter was always super helpful and supportive. The room itself had a great view on two sides of the water and beautiful boats going by. I would stay there again easily. And a cute little book store right across the way. I have both convention food and room service from the hotel and they really did a great job.

The plastic headboard was chipping. The door to the room was noticeably chipped at the bottom. The shelf in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower had pink mold in the drain. Housekeeping did not clean my shower after two nights.

Beautifully designed and furnished 4-star hotel conveniently located in downtown Norfolk. Has its own connected fairly spacious parking garage. Helpful and friendly staff.
