Hilton Norfolk The Main Reviews

Way above my expectations. Excellent location in walking distance of restaurants, museums, and the waterfront. The food for conferences is unfortunately what you would expect from a hotel, but the restaurants are surprisingly delicious. This is what Hilton hotels used to be, before the recent cutbacks.

Very nice hotel centrally located. The draw appears to be the many restaurants located inside so it is pretty busy with non-hotel patrons. Parking was confusing in that the entry sign indicates that the hotel validates but this is only for restaurant patrons up to two hours. Rate is reasonable though: $13 overnight (but I also paid $8 for taking the car out after I had parked). Better hotel than the other Marriott or Sheraton options but rates seem to vary.

Love this place! There can be a wait since they don’t accept reservations, but get there early or anticipate an hour wait and you won’t be disappointed. I think it’s best for brunch or a night cap to see the city from the rooftop bar. Their brunch selection is pretty impressive for the price!

Best servers, and bartenders, Sam was awesome. View is so nice.

This was my first brunch experience and I was thoroughly impressed! It's worth every dime! Addie was exceptional and made sure I was accommodated the entire time!
