Been wanting to try ...

Been wanting to try this place for a while. The burgers were ok, but not memorable. Expected quality from a restaurant based out of a hotel. The beer selection is Grain's saving grace.

Would like to rank ...

Would like to rank a 7.5. We have looked forward to visiting the hotel. Last minute opportunity came up and hopped on it. Establishment is beautiful but the front desk service/ customer service was a bit subpar and unhelpful. The front desk should be an informative experience about parking, restaurants, etc. which was unexpected from the Hilton experience. We had to ask any question rather than an introductory welcome. Also tried two restaurants while there. The more upscale restaurant Saltine made us wish we had visited our old faithful restaurant, Luce instead. Food took forever. Server seemed unphased. Bar was slow w drinks. Grain was a pleasant experience. The room was nice. I’ve traveled enough to have the occasional “whose hair is this moment” in the shower and ignore it. The water pressure was incredibly weak and left us feeling 1/2 clean.
