Great time!

Aside from being an amazing building, the staff are what make this hotel top notch. Devyn, our server one night in Grain, remembered our order two days later when she ended up as our server in Varia. Amazing!! Verisis at the front desk is a true gem. She is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and all around fabulousa true example of the greatness this hotel has to offer. Truly world class!! Daniela and Carter at the front desk are friendly, welcoming, and masters of their craft! Maxine and Latifah in Housekeeping are fantastic and friendly, and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable and clean stay

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious, rooms, great view, and overall hotel decor. I was in town for a business conference but my stay felt like a mini vacation. I will definitely be back

We hosted our daughter’s wedding here this past weekend and had an amazing experience! Matthew Crowe, the event sales manager, is a true gift to this hotel. He had great suggestions to make our event more beautiful and fun and he resolved every question and issue with the same “this isn’t a problem, I’ll take care of it” answer. Everyone at the hotel, from the housekeepers, servers, bartenders, bellman, etc were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The only issue we had all weekend.and it wasn’t really an issue, was that the bellman and valet guys seemed to get backed up. But I suppose that is normal at check in and check out time for big groups! All in all, a beautiful hotel with a great hardworking staff. Highly recommend
