I had a lovely ...

I had a lovely stay at The Hilton on Main during my brief visit to Norfolk. I ended up staying here unexpectedly after a disappointing experience at my previous hotel, where the air conditioning wasn't working. Thankfully, Amari at the front desk completely turned my trip around. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Her kindness and professionalism changed what had been a frustrating start into a genuinely enjoyable stay. Thanks to her exceptional customer service, I left with a much better impression of my trip. Thank you, Amari, for making such a positive difference!
