Was here for a gala and I have to tell you that the staff, food, and venue are unparalleled in professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness.

It was my first time staying there. The employees were simply the best. Every one was so friendly and accommodating. Rosemary and Carl were like being with family. The people at the front desk was so energetic no matter what time of the day or night. Everyday I found something new to do downtown. I was never bored. The downtown Norfolk ambassadors were so accommodating. I went to the Visit Norfolk center and it's was very informative. I can't wait to to see you soon

I stay at enough hotels to recognize a clean, well run hotel with lots of excellent restaurants and corporate facilities. Every staff person from house cleaning to waiters to general manager went out of their way to be welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Thank you!

This hotel is exceptional…2night stay & upon check in we were greeted by Tyler, he made this experience worth it for us, he immediately explained everything around us & specifically met all my requests being a Hilton honors member, he is such a gem front desks needs people like Tyler to uphold that 1st impression I believe every hotel strives for. He truly made a lasting impression . We felt welcomed. The rooms were very clean, great view, breakfast was delicious, the restaurants located around the hotel offer great food & options. The staff is very nice. It starts from the moment you walk in & Tyler gets what guest services means for this Hilton. Thank you for making our experience at the Hilton amazing. We will be back.
