All was great (rooms, clean, housekeeping). I literally had 0 issues during my 4 night stay.

Downtown accessibility High end but reasonably priced

Closing out the 250th anniversary weekend of the USA, we received friendly, helpful information and directions from Amari and . . . of course, had WOW Views!!! 'Try an end room - modern, clean. 'Worth it!' Cruise ship, tall ship - beautiful harbor Norfolk! Next, we dined in the hotel at Saltine Norfolk where we scored a deliciously seared Ahi Tuna/Wedge Salad (huge), Oysters on the Half Shell (3types), She-crab Soup, and a nice Riesling wine pairing. This was complimented by Kyle's well-timed pacing, along with his over-the-top attentiveness, care, and professionalism. Well done Hilton - we'd love to return someday!

I just want to give a big thank you to Kody and Chanteja for being absolute stars during our wedding weekend. We hit a few snags, and they handled everything with so much patience and grace. They really took the time to listen and meet us halfway on a few things we needed, and it honestly made a huge difference. They were super kind, went out of their way to help, and still held it down professionally—exactly the kind of service you’d hope for from Hilton. It never felt like they were just “doing their job”—they genuinely cared, and that showed. Kody and Chanteja, you two went above and beyond, and we noticed. Thank you again for everything!

It is good to have a weekend getaway from time to time when you have the power to relax, have a great meal, and enjoy the local shops and restaurants.
