The check-in process was ...

The check-in process was dreadful. For the price, I would expect to check in on time, but our room took hours to be "ready." Check-in was supposed to be at 4, we arrived early but was told they were cleaning, and it will not be ready until 4. Ok, fair. Our room was finally available closer to 6 pm. That was the only issue I had with this place. Other than that, the room was clean, nice bathrooms and a beautiful view. I'd stay here again.

Great location in Downtown ...

Great location in Downtown Norfolk. Clean, upscale rooms with spectacular views. Beautiful artwork to behold inside. Kind and courteous service by all employees during check in and meals.

Miya stopped me from ...

Miya stopped me from making a really bad review. I believe she is the front office manager . Her customer service is like no other . Furthermore , my room was dirty upon check in. There were stains on my sheets. I did bring it to the hotels attention but nothing was resolved however when speaking with Miya, it was resolved quickly.
