One of the best hotel, I love it from check in to checkout. There is nothing you can complain about. I love the location too.

Came in for a few nights stay and loved every minute. They have restaurants attached and an excellent staff. Saltine is great for drinks and amazing seafood, Chelsea was an amazing waitress and gave us great tips on what to get from the menu. Norfolk is a beautiful city and look forward to coming back soon!

It’s a nice hotel, but the elevators and stairs are like a trap when there is any large number of people… remember this is a conference center…. So you are either gonna be waiting 30 min for an elevator or huffing and puffing up 20 flights of stairs packed in with your fellow conference goers. One elevator was out of service along with multiple escalators. Up a flights of stairs to go down an escalator to get on an elevator just to get to your room. Won’t be staying here again, the Marriott across the street seems better.

Over rated had to park 4 blocks away. Honors member I went to have breakfast and they tried charging me 22.00. Then when I was checking out they offered to comp my breakfast at 0745 when I had an 08:30 apt. Hotel is beautiful but my stay was not.

I could proudly say alkaline has one of the best Korean sticky chicken available in the east Virginia. Please do visit this and try the dish and you will definitely love and go with happy tears. I enjoyed a lot.
