Very clean full service Hotel friendly staff great location

Great hotel, with attentive staff, in the middle of downtown but the location also means it's very noisy. It's a big tourist hotel so if there's an event, you're going to hear drunk people having fun in the hallways all night long. Yet the location and the hotel's style employer may make up for any of the deficits. The room has great blackout curtains but a night light built into the headboard means if you are light sensitive you will need a mask. The showers put form over function but that's not much to complain about. It's a strong choice if you want to be in the middle of everything.

I have to start with the customer service at The Main. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff was wonderful and willing to help with any questions I had. That alone would make me want to come back, without even considering the excellent facilities and the convenient location in downtown Norfolk.

Amazing 4 course beer tasting experience. Sam our server was fantastic, as was the chef and the manager. Amazing value in a beautiful rooftop setting. Made new friends. Perfect night. Highly recommend.

Bel locale, grande assortimento di birre e cibo migliorabile. Anche l'esperienza del pagamento può migliorare perché per un gruppo di 10 persone non è stato possibile pagare parte in contanti e parte con carta di credito... Solo un metodo di pagamento è stato possibile e quindi tutti hanno dovuto raschiare il portafoglio per trovare i soldi per pagare. Peccato
