I would have given it five starts but my door wouldn’t let me in or out coming and going from the room. The Grain restaurant was excellent and the bartenders made great recommendations. There was an issue with a “gentleman” at the bar and the bartenders noticed right away and handled it very professionally to keep their female patrons feeling safe.

People assume you know how it works, then you arrive and you get lost. Later the person in charge of our table did a great job.

Definitely over priced! For the amount we pay for a night we should not have to leave our room to place an order! I booked this specific hotel for the convenience of everything being in the hotel! This unfortunately for us wasn’t the case! We ended up not eating because no one was available to answer calls! Room service wasn’t available after a certain time and there were no microwaves in the room! You have to call room service! The pool was nice and you can get great pics anywhere lol but you can walk in off the streets and get good views lol! The restaurant and bar are obviously open to the public! Hilton does have the best security measures in my opinion though…Inside the hotel! Parking garage isn’t secure as it should or could be! Bell boy service is nice! Have cash for tips! If you have a lot of luggage you have to use this service unless you plan to carry it yourself! You cannot just get a cart for your personal use! Rooms were clean but average! I’ve stayed in less expensive hotels with comparable rooms! Front desk staff were very professional and friendly! Aside from a couple bar tenders, most are rude and unwelcoming! If you’re coming for a retreat! Planning on not leaving the hotel or room…reconsider!

The staff was friendly but the food was over cooked and expensive.

Everything was just ok. Then food was ok, then atmosphere was of course ok even with live music ... the wait staff was just ok. Nothing bad to say, but can certainly improve.
