Sucha beautiful property! 3 restaurants, Saltine was devine. The Empyrean Lounge for diamond members was really nice, my mother and I loved the little banana pudding snack!! Kellen was super helpful to me my entire stay, and I met Tyler in the Lounge my last day and had a wonderful conversation with him, he's a great addition to hospitality! Leslie was extremely helpful at all hours via text and thru the app. Can't wait to stay again.

My family and I loved the hotel and access to all the restaurants. However, I called before booking the hotel, to confirm that the lounge was opened and fully operational. After the employee checked with management, he stated that "Yes" the lounge was open and fully operational. Well guess what, I get there to check-in and inquire about the lounge, and was told that the lounge was open but only for self-service snacks. "We have a staff shortage" says the front-desk staff, which I thought was a big lie. I did call only a few days before checking in. This was very disappointing because I specifically brought my family there, so they can experience the same wonderful experience I had at a previous Hilton Hotel. The lounge was closed on Sunday until late in the day, in which case most people had now checked out.
