Hilton Norfolk The Main Reviews

Stayed on executive level in river view suite. Besides access to lounge, the room was average as to what you'd expect in a room. Not worth $150 price difference. Teenage kids screamed in halls until 2am. Horrible! Called front desk and they were no help resolving the situation.

It's in a great location and the rooms are very nice. There's something lacking with the breakfast however and I think everything's a little bit expensive for the area. Very clean and very modern

Great stay, friendly stay, clean room

Great selection of beer. Fish from Fish and Chips looked impressive but was fried very hard and had a lot of breading. Funnel Cake fries were excellent. The fryer did well here. Service was slow but this seemed more of a management issue rather than a server issue.

The room was amazing and just what we needed. We had a room on the 18th floor, so the view was pretty good. My only issue with this hotel was the parking situation. We arrived and were told we would have yo park at the parking garage next door because their own garage was full? How can you not have a Hilton with no parking for all the guests that have paid to stay here?? I would say that issue needs worked on. Luckily, the garage next door had spots available, but if they had not, I would have been irate and probably canceled and demanded a refund.
