Nice and spacious room, great location and view. Service is minimal and the room, especially bath room cleanliness is not perfect.

I love this hotel. Nice rooms, prime location and beautiful views from the water view side. The only negatives this visit was 1 elevator wasn't working and there was a conference so getting to and from your room was a ightmare of long waits and cramped rides. Also I couldn't reach in room dining at all and housekeeping seemed stretched thin as they only showed up once in a 5 day stay. These things sound terrible but the reason I still love the hotel is when I contacted the front desk they addressed everything immediately except the insane elevator situation which is out of their control so overall still a good experience.

The hotel is fabulous...the room was clean and spacious.....The staff was very helpful, very nice.....we ate breakfast at one of the restaurants ( sorry don't remember which one..it was right near the front desk) we loved it...more food then one sitting....very tasty!! Location was great...I would definitely stay there again!!

Don’t get the pork sandwich. All I could taste was salt. Only took 2 bites and couldn’t eat it. Disappointing when I paid like $16 for it. Fries, service, and drinks were great though.
