Cleanest fanciest place to be in downtown Norfolk. Everything you'd expect in a nice hotel.

Very professional, warm, welcoming staffs especially the cleaning crew who would greet you every morning! The only complaint I have it’s that please add a water station in the gym to reduce unnecessary plastic outputs

We love staying here. Very convenient can walk anywhere in minutes. The last time we stayed there was for the Wine Festival. No need to drive. We also had dinner at the Hilton

We have stayed at the Hilton in Norfolk half a dozen times and it's always a pleasant endeavor. I don't know where they get their front desk people from, but they are friendly and helpful whether it's 4 pm or 4 am. The rooms are simple but feel luxurious with fluffy clean bedding, nice pillows and great views. We did get a room a few floors above the rooftop bar, which was fun for people watching, but a little noisy during the later parts of the evening. Still, it wasn't so loud that we couldn't fall asleep after a little bit of trying. If you are an early bird light sleeper, you might inquire about a higher floor. The restaurants in the hotel are great, the coffee shop and juice bar are out of this world, and then there's a display of art that leads directly into Selden Market. The way the hotel is set up is in such a manner that you could bring your car to the valet, go inside, eat dinner, go out for drinks, sleep, get up, have breakfast or get coffee (or both) and take a stroll through several small business storefronts, get in your car and leave without EVER having to leave the building if you wanted. We have spent an entire weekend in Norfolk without using our car once, and only leaving the building 3 or 4 times. It was still a lovely weekend filled with small luxuries, simple pleasures and great views. Norfolk has a handful of very nice luxury hotels, but the Hilton there is something really special.
