We had an awesome room with a beautiful view but we were very surprised it was not cleaned thoroughly.

Hotel is very nice. Super convenient location with amazing amenities and restaurants. The front desk staff was very professional and extremely friendly. We upgraded for the executive lounge but this was a bit of a disappointment. The ladies servicing the lounge at night (the same ladies from the front desk) were wonderful but the woman servicing the lounge in the morning was inattentive and unwelcoming. The food was not refreshed after running out and two days in a row the fruit put out had mold on it. If you upgrade for a service, that service had better be worth it and it wasn’t in this case. But the rest of the experience was wonderful. Special shout out to the woman who greeted us at the door and made us feel very welcome and told us all about the mermaids! (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name!)

My husband& I stayed at the Hilton for 2 days. In town for a wedoing on the Spirit of Norfork. The room was excellent! The Bed, Shower, seating, everything about the room was 5 star. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. The various restaurants give you plenty to eat & choose from. Parking is available. It was free for the Grand opening. Highly recommended, will stay there again.

The settings of the restaurant is beautiful! Seems like a place with dress codes but nah.You have a choice to seat in or outdoors and have a small entertainment room. If you love beer definitely the spot there's also wine section. Kids menu is $10.00. It's worth it. The Fried Pickles are good. The rest of the menu tastes basic. The services could have been better. Other then that is okay.

This place definitely has great ambiance and is perfect for a nice sunny day or a sunset evening. Received the fish and chips, fish was flaky, fries were seasoned, but the coleslaw was dry. Fried pickle chips were good flavor as well. Servers were attentive and would definitely go back again to try other food.
