Jay, our server, was ...

Jay, our server, was prompt, courteous and friendly. The presentation of the food was great, however, the taste was bland. We had the ale battered fish. The atmosphere was very lively and the decor was beautiful and welcoming. We're looking forward to the next visit, in hopes of a better experience with the food.

Great location with a ...

Great location with a river view. Loved watching the Spirit of Norfolk & The Carnival Cruise ship dock & depart. Several restaurants on site with great food. Nice clean rooms. Only problem was our bathroom door would stay closed. It was glass. Great staff & very friendly

The check-in process was ...

The check-in process was dreadful. For the price, I would expect to check in on time, but our room took hours to be "ready." Check-in was supposed to be at 4, we arrived early but was told they were cleaning, and it will not be ready until 4. Ok, fair. Our room was finally available closer to 6 pm. That was the only issue I had with this place. Other than that, the room was clean, nice bathrooms and a beautiful view. I'd stay here again.
