Nice modern hotel

Fantastic hotel! Clean rooms, professional and courteous staff. Well decorated lobbies that are visually pleasing. Awesome location, close to the nearby waterfront and downton area. Would stay here again when in the area.

We walked around this place looking for a restaurant since everything at waterside was closed. They had the most amazing artwork and architecture. Bathrooms were clean and the place was beautiful. This is a great place just to walk around and check out. We went to the green which was very busy and slow service was mefa slow but we enjoyed our time there with the fire pit, food and DJ. We managed to find a table near the bar. Everything was see yourself which is a cool idea for a late night even drink. We arrived around 815pm on Saturday. The food is reasonably priced but they charged to sample a cider before I bought one which I thought was silly since we waited so long just to get a drink or even ice water. They gave a great beer selection and interesting menu. They have a beautiful view of the skyline and you're able to see the sunset if you get there on time. Must walk and see all art work.

Visited for a day long conference and had some of the best food I’ve had at one of these events. Staff was helpful, patient, and quick to answer questions. I can’t speak to the rooms because I did not stay overnight.

Second time staying and will be back. Visiting family. Water views from upper floors make the trip. Stunning.
