Our stay while short ...

Our stay while short was great. The desk clerk Matthew at check in was friendly, engaging, and very informative of information related to our stay. He even assisted us with changing rooms from what we originally booked. The room was a city view which was amazing during the night view from the room. Certainly will include this Hilton location when we travel back into the Norfolk, Va Beach area in the future . We even had to request a refill on the shower gel for the bath area. Housekeeping responded quick and attendant was friendly once in the room. Our stay was comfortable, and the bed sleep great

Great hotel, location, ...

Great hotel, location, only service issue was the elevators. They are too slow for 21 floors, and one broken. Almost missed our Uber pickup becauae we had to wait so long for the elevator to arrive. With 3 dedicated elevators just for the restaurants, the room elevators need to be improved.
