Convent location to downtown ...

Convent location to downtown attractions. Great restaurants. Rooms could use a little attention, for the price paid.

Went here for late ...

Went here for late night drinks and apps. Was extremely difficult to get a table that you could order food from because they only had one bus-boy working. The scene was a good time, but had to wait a while for food and drink orders.

We visited on a ...

We visited on a Friday around 12 noon. Service was good. The waitress was courteous and attentive. The food was okay. My wife ordered a Cheesesteak. I ordered a Poke Bowl. Would not recommend the poke bowl. The rice was hard. It seemed like the bowl was pre-made and was kept in the fridge. The beer was good. I had the IPA flight and most of their IPAs were good. Would go again for beer and light food.

This hotel is exceptional. ...

This hotel is exceptional. I’ve been to the restaurants a few times but never stayed here or attended events. Yesterday and today, I attended a conference and was really impressed with the conference services, the catering, the cleanliness, and the service provided by the hotel staff. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is the bathroom smelled like sewage. It was clean and the stalls didn’t smell, but the common area (around sinks and outside of stalls) smelled horrible.

First of all, upon ...

First of all, upon arrival we couldn’t get the door to open. I had to go down to the front desk 3 times and delete my Hilton Honors app. An engineer had to come to get the door open. We stayed in a “handicapped” room because the hotel was sold out. For safety reasons, there was just one chair for the study desk. No other chairs to sit on for a room with 2 queen beds There was no coffee table or other table for room service. So we had to put the food on the desk facing the wall. Room service comes in take out boxes. No nice tray with cutlery and proper plates. The view was of the city but nice since we were on the 14th floor. Trying to get hold of hotel staff by phone/ email was challenging. The customer service, front desk / concierge were extremely busy the weekend we stayed and I had to make multiple calls to get information. We stayed for 3 days without anyone coming to take out the trash or check on the coffee/ tea supplies or to bring more drinking water. Linen was not changed until called and request it. On the last night we were there, there was a lot of noise coming from the adjoining room.
