Hilton Norfolk The Main Reviews

The Hilton on Main is the PERFECT location for any visit to Norfolk, VA. It is centrally located to everything and Norfolk is an easy city to maneuver. We parked ourcar when we arrived & did not retrieve it again until our departure 4 days later. Admittedly, I was skeptical about this trip as Norfolk had always been a city we bypassed on our way south to Duck, NC. I pleasantly surprised!! During that time we walked along the river, went to the Bon Vivant, attended a concert at the Harrison Opera House (Adreinne Warren), The Naval Museum/SS Wisconsin; dined at the Monestary, The Freemason Abbey, a latte, Benny’s Pizza, Prince books-Lizard Cafe and more. The Arts Council has an amazing schedule of events & we are looking forward to returning. The staff are A+!! Lori, thank you for your suggestions and kindness.

I would like to sincerely commend Wyatt for the exceptional customer service he provided while assisting me with checking in at the Hilton Norfolk Main. I encountered several issues with my old account connecting to my new account, and Wyatt handled everything with remarkable patience, professionalism, and kindness. He took the time to stay on the phone with me and worked through every detail until everything was fully resolved and I was completely taken care of — truly making sure I was made whole and complete, with nothing lacking. His calm demeanor, excellent people skills, and genuine willingness to help were exactly what I needed during a very frustrating situation. Wyatt went above and beyond, and his outstanding customer service deserves to be recognized. Hilton is blessed to have someone of his caliber representing the brand.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location! Views were amazing and every single person we spoke with was kind and hospitable. Lots to do in the area or even within the hotel itself! Can’t wait to come back

We travelled for our niece’s graduation and found the location ideal along with the nearby Waterside entertainment area! The room had an amazing view and the staff was very attentive and helpful! Highly recommend this location when traveling to the area!
