We were heading south ...

We were heading south and needed to spend a night in Norfolk and I chose this place for our group since I used to come here all the time on business before I retired. It had been 4 years or since my last stay.and we weren’t disappointed. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and our group took several photos there. Then we lounged for a while in the lobby after we had dinner and drinks at Saltine. Saltine isn’t what it used to be but it was acceptable for tired travelers, the menu needs a revamp especially the crab cakes. The hotel is starting to show its age it’s time to start the remodeling process. We will definitely return next time we are in the area and highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel with a ...

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view, mini dining options exist in the hotel alone whether you want seafood Italian or a bar at atmosphere the place has it all. Location is wonderful as it’s right next to Granby Street which offers many different dining options and a nightlife.

I rarely ever write ...

I rarely ever write reviews on anything, but I have to say that I enjoyed my 1 year anniversary stay here! The room was immaculate, with a river view, we visited the pool as well and it was beautiful. We also had dinner at Grain, 5th floor and it was delicious :) The following morning we ate breakfast (buffet) and everything tasted good! We loved the environment, and how the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There are a lot of different shops around the area as well and we loved that! We walked over to the Winterfest and enjoyed the Christmas lights! Everything was literally ON POINT! We will definitely be back.

My entire stay was ...

My entire stay was fantastic. All of the employees were so professional and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The breakfast and evening snack in the lounge were delicious. And the location was in walking distance of lots to do. One of the best overall Hilton stays I’ve had for a while.
