Always a great place to visit with friends, family and colleagues! Many restaurants and event space is more than adequate.

Getting a great room ...

Getting a great room is hit or miss, regardless of booking request, and a gamble if the bed will be clean or not (see picture). Good luck trying to check out after 11. The front desk staff is also hit or miss.

It was a large ...

It was a large affair in the main ballroom. The food was very tasty. But it could have been hotter .

I’ve always wanted to ...

I’ve always wanted to stay here & it was worth it! The view from the room was great, staff was helpful & knowledgeable, great location near bars/restaurants. One of my favorite hotels in Norfolk.
