My recent stay here ...

My recent stay here was fantastic, on all aspects from the service to the comfort of the room. I especially have to compliment Leslie and Ander at the front desk. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is decorated beautifully for the holidays. Highly recommend!

We were heading south ...

We were heading south and needed to spend a night in Norfolk and I chose this place for our group since I used to come here all the time on business before I retired. It had been 4 years or since my last stay.and we weren’t disappointed. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and our group took several photos there. Then we lounged for a while in the lobby after we had dinner and drinks at Saltine. Saltine isn’t what it used to be but it was acceptable for tired travelers, the menu needs a revamp especially the crab cakes. The hotel is starting to show its age it’s time to start the remodeling process. We will definitely return next time we are in the area and highly recommend it.
