Super atmosphere and excellent service.

Amazing 😍......

Hotel is very nice. Super convenient location with amazing amenities and restaurants. The front desk staff was very professional and extremely friendly. We upgraded for the executive lounge but this was a bit of a disappointment. The ladies servicing the lounge at night (the same ladies from the front desk) were wonderful but the woman servicing the lounge in the morning was inattentive and unwelcoming. The food was not refreshed after running out and two days in a row the fruit put out had mold on it. If you upgrade for a service, that service had better be worth it and it wasn’t in this case. But the rest of the experience was wonderful. Special shout out to the woman who greeted us at the door and made us feel very welcome and told us all about the mermaids! (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name!)

The overall experience of my stay was nothing less than phenomenal. The staff was fantastic and the restaurants and valet parking was amazing. However for this to be such of an amazing hotel I will say that my room was clean but dated and the wall outlets in room 2030 do not work at all. The light bulbs in the lamps are either broken or needs to be changed. The bathroom sink had cracks in the porcelain and the bathroom was quite small. I will say that I will revisit this hotel in the future. Just need the maintenance staff to complete their due diligence in maintenance on the different rooms.
