Excellent hotel & experience ...

Excellent hotel & experience from top to bottom!! 5 stars!! Been here for many corporate events over the years in which hotel staff and food were always top notch no matter what dishes were served. Also have made reservations at Saltine, Varia & watched some great live music performances, played billiards, and sipped cocktails at Grain rooftop bar. Saltine has a wonderful happy hour. Cheers! 🥂

I stayed at the ...

I stayed at the main for two nights for the VAMA conference 2024. As always The Main is beautiful. The front desk person Michael V customer service stood out. He was awesome with the guest. He was still friendly and pleasant with so many people waiting in linen. I give him and the Hotel five stars.

Perfect location for all ...

Perfect location for all of downtown Norfolk, especially Town Point park and the McArthur Center. Newer hotel with several wonderful restaurants. Have an afternoon cocktail on the rooftop Grains bar, authentic Italian dinner at Varia on the second floor, or seafood on the first floor. Executive lounge on the 21st floor has scenic views but has very limited breakfast and evening reception (like most US Hiltons).

We dined at Grain ...

We dined at Grain which is an extremely well set up restaurant in this hotel. The Sunday brunch buffet is out of this world! Well prepared food, a waffle station and an omelet station which make them to order as you like. The live music was excellent for any kind of get together, we had I think 4 birthday groups in attendance and NOBODY left hungry!
