Hilton Norfolk The Main Reviews

I booked this hotel for 3 days/2 nights. Location is very convenient, close to water and other restaurants.I try to avoid lines so the digital key was my favorite. I also used valet parking. $28 per day is reasonable for the convenience but the wrong car was brought to me. That was a little annoying. As for the rooms, I expected more being I paid $900 for 2nights. Trash was in my room upon my arrival, my refrigerator would not get cold due to ice build up. Bath towels are very cheap, holes and stains on dry off towels. Those should be replaced immediately. Walls are very thin, my sleep was interrupted by my neighboring guest intimate moment. By this time I was ready to go home. I traveled a long way to visit my child in Norfolk, thought I was choosing one of the best hotels in the area according to the reviews. I expect my stay/room to reflect what I'm paying. Not the case, can't say l'll return.

First day wasn't good they did better on the second day. If you arrange a convention for over 3000 make sure they have breakfast a little late on day 1

Excellent facility and conference center that caters to their guests. Great food , live music on the rooftop restaurant. Walking distance to the mall and the Waterside area

Nice view, great location, and genuinely nice people. I regularly stay here when I’m in the Tidewater area and have not been disappointed yet! Shout out to lovely Leslie at the front reception desk: she is always warm and helpful, but she definitely thought proactively for me and recommended a step to prevent a future potential headache. She also took the time to verify my information on file- which had changed- so I don't have to search for my receipt later. Thanks for having great people like her to help serve me!

Hosted a last minute corporate meeting with this hotel for 20 people in-person and had some remote attendees. From the start, Emily was incredibly helpful and flexible. The service with Emily and her team was on point. I highly recommend this hotel for meetings and will definitely save them for future events. Thanks Hilton Norfolk team!
