One of the best Hilton Hotels I’ve been too. Restaurants in the hotel are amazing. Front desk service top notch. Thank you Ms PJ for the hospitality right from checking in and during my stay.

The overall experience of my stay was nothing less than phenomenal. The staff was fantastic and the restaurants and valet parking was amazing. However for this to be such of an amazing hotel I will say that my room was clean but dated and the wall outlets in room 2030 do not work at all. The light bulbs in the lamps are either broken or needs to be changed. The bathroom sink had cracks in the porcelain and the bathroom was quite small. I will say that I will revisit this hotel in the future. Just need the maintenance staff to complete their due diligence in maintenance on the different rooms.

Our room was immaculate. The staff was really helpful and professional. We will definitely be staying there for our next visit to Norfolk.

Chanteja at the front desk gave superior customer service from the time my husband secured both adjoining rooms for our daughter’s graduation. She was very warm, patient, and so caring with my husband and to my family. Chanteja truly made our daughter’s graduation even more special by getting us the rooms we needed for our family.
