The hotel itself is ...

The hotel itself is beautiful and the service is great but I'm giving it 3 stars because my suite had a badly stained sofa and decorative pillows. The upkeep of furniture in this expensive hotel is badly needed.

Bartenders are friendly and ...

Bartenders are friendly and make great drinks. Food is very good. We love the vibe for date nights or taking friends out. The free photo booth makes it such fun. Wish there was another pool table.

Miya stopped me from ...

Miya stopped me from making a really bad review. I believe she is the front office manager . Her customer service is like no other . Furthermore , my room was dirty upon check in. There were stains on my sheets. I did bring it to the hotels attention but nothing was resolved however when speaking with Miya, it was resolved quickly.

Great location in Downtown ...

Great location in Downtown Norfolk. Clean, upscale rooms with spectacular views. Beautiful artwork to behold inside. Kind and courteous service by all employees during check in and meals.
